Below is our shipping policy to ensure you receive your order in a timely and seamless manner.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • The moment your order is confirmed, our team starts preparing your fresh batch of sea moss gel. In order to deliver fresh sea moss gel we make every jar to order! 

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

If you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Shipping & Delivery Options
Local Delivery (If Applicable)

If you are within our local delivery range, this option will appear at checkout. Once your order is ready:
✅ You will receive an email notification.
✅ A local courier will deliver your order the next day.
✅ Deliveries occur between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
✅ If you are unavailable and no delivery instructions are provided, your order will be left at your front door for contactless delivery.

Standard Shipping

We offer various shipping options across Canada and the U.S.:

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available on select orders over $150 CAD (with a shipping rate not exceeding $30 CAD). Use code FREESHIP at checkout if applicable.

International Shipping

For customers outside North America, we currently only ship dried sea moss due to the perishable nature of sea moss gel. International shipping options and rates will be available at checkout.

Important Product-Specific Shipping Information

  • Sea Moss Gel is available for shipping within Canada only, where same-day or next-day shipping is available from Toronto, ON.

  • Dried Sea Moss can be shipped worldwide and includes easy-to-follow preparation instructions.

  • Thermal packaging and ice packs are used for sea moss gel shipments to maintain quality during transit.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

  • For Canadian Orders: Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

  • For International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient.

  • If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any incurred fees will not be refunded.

Return & Refund Policy

At Gold Moss, we are committed to delivering the highest quality wild-crafted sea moss to our customers worldwide. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

 
Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods, including sea moss and other natural consumables.

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Gold Moss within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide:

✅ A description of the issue
✅ Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
